This weekend 3 ladies from our open start tri project take part in the sportiva swim bike run local. The event takes place at the Paignton leisure centre and velopark from 2:45. We would love it if you could drop in and cheer our 3 ladies on.

Starting on 3rd October. Half hour Swimming Masterclasses at Plainmoor Pool, Torquay. 2:30pm and 3pm. Cost is £7:50 per lesson or £10 with a donation to Healthscape CIC. Open to anyone who can already swim, whether you want to learn how to swim front crawl, perfect your front crawl or push yourself to swim further. The classes will be taught by Level 2 Swimming Teachers and you will have a plan tailored to your needs and goals. You can sign up and pay for all the sessions or just the ones you can attend.
