It's a bank holiday on Monday 31st August. Our regular Monday drop-in session at our offices and our telephone advice line service will be closed so that our advisors can take a well-earned rest.

Check out our website www.torbaycitizensadvice.org.uk for useful information if you need it in the interim. Alternatively, our telephone advice line reopens on Tuesday morning at 09:30am.

And, as well as our regular drop-in session at our offices on Thursday of this week, you can also come and see our advisors at Preston Food Club, Preston Baptist Church, Old Torquay Road, Paignton, TQ3 2RB from 10am to 12pm every Thursday until 17th September.

It’s all in support of the free, confidential advice service Citizens Advice Torbay offers to thousands of residents of Torbay each year.

Alongside the golf, there's a prize raffle and silent auction featuring fabulous lots to bid for, or prizes to win, generously donated by local businesses and organisations.

We are holding two large community engagement events this summer:

* Great Parks Summer Festival on Friday 28 August, 11.00am to 3.00pm at Great Parks Community Centre
* Foxhole Community Event on Saturday 5 September, 10.00am to 4.00pm at Foxhole Community Centre.

There is also a packed programme of smaller events and engagement to give residents the chance to share their views on local priorities and the changes they would like to see through Paignton Pride in Place.

The meetings are monthly, in your community, open to the public and you’d be very welcome.
