We may be a small team, but we're doing big things.

Winning Most Transformational Creative Alternative Provision 2026 – South West England is an incredible honour, but awards are never won by one person.

Thank you to our amazing team, who turn up every single day with compassion, patience and unwavering dedication to the young people and families we support. Your commitment goes far beyond your job title.

People often think we simply teach art. The reality is so much more.

We are listeners when life feels overwhelming. We are mentors when confidence has disappeared. We encourage, reassure and celebrate every small success. We support young people to attend college interviews, explore careers, visit workplaces, discover new experiences and believe in themselves again. We advocate, problem-solve, travel alongside them, laugh with them, and sometimes just sit quietly when that's what's needed.

Creativity is at the heart of what we do, but relationships are what make the difference.

Every painting, sculpture or creative project is really about building confidence, resilience, communication, independence and hope for the future.

To every school, parent, referrer and partner who trusts us with their young people - thank you. And to every young person who has walked through our doors and allowed us to be part of your journey, thank you for inspiring us every day.

This award belongs to all of you. ❤️

Here's to continuing to prove that a small team, with big hearts, really can make a big difference.
