It's that time of year… it's time to announce the Paddock Wood Primary PTA Fireworks Night! 🎆

This year’s event is on Saturday 7th November at Leigh Academy Paddock Wood, so pop the date in the diary and watch out for more information, including when tickets go on sale, coming soon 😉

Welcome back to a new school year and congratulations to the July winners of our PTA lottery draw! 🥳

Anyone can play so why not join in? It's a really easy way to support the PTA, and you might just win! 🍀

£1 a month buys you a number* which enters you into our monthly draw which takes place during our monthly PTA Meeting.

The prize money is 50% of the total lottery funds paid in that month – so the more numbers you buy, and the more people that sign up, the bigger the prize fund!

AND we have an extra draw in December where you can win £100!!!!!! 🤩

The remaining 50% of the funds is used to help fund equipment, resources and opportunities for pupils.

To join, simply complete the Google membership form 👉 https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1tHPfCZqbKkh3npvS9vftXwfjyLB-6MqCnAlJ3Ov6qlU/edit or you can collected a paper membership form from the Academy Office.

The PTA would like to thank everyone for their support over the past academic year – we couldn't raise the valuable funds for the school without you, and we hope that you have enjoyed this year's events, and look forward to more of them in the future!

Have a fantastic summer break, and we'll see everyone back in September 😎

Last night our Year 6 Leavers partied the night away💃🏼🕺🏻📸

Two hours of making fun memories that were spent dancing, chatting and taking plenty of selfies with their friends and teachers.

We hope they all had a fantastic evening 🤩

Thank you to all the staff at Leigh Academy Paddock Wood that stayed to party and help. To our resident DJ for the tunes that kept them dancing, Paddock Wood Cards for all the fabulous balloons, and CakeyBake Cake School for the delicious personalised cupcakes. We couldn’t have done it without you! 🪩🎶🎈🧁

We are still buzzing from all the fun of the Colour Run last week, and that's not just because of the joy it brought everyone, but because you guys helped us raise over £5k! 🤩

Give yourselves a huge pat on the back – without you, we wouldn't be able to make this possible. Another big THANK YOU to everyone that took part, was sponsored, helped to set up and take down, threw powder and squirted water.

A huge THANK YOU for coming to today’s Colour Run! 🌈😎

We had a wonderful afternoon with everyone - whether it was squirting water, throwing powder, or simply cheering them on, seeing all the kids throughly enjoying themselves and having fun is why we do what we do, along with raising money to be put back into enriching their time at school.

We’ll announce the final total very soon, but for now we’d like to thank everyone for coming, for the kids making it so much fun, and for your generosity when sponsoring them.

We also couldn’t put on the event without Leigh Academy Paddock Wood allowing us to make such a mess on their sports field, and all the staff that give up their time to help and take part. We just love seeing you have fun with your classes! 😍

If anyone is happy to share their photos with us, and providing anyone else in them is ok with it being shared too, we would LOVE to see your memories of today!
