This week at Barton community larder our members could select from so many items including family packs of breaded chicken, olives, ready meals, beans, tined tomatoes, rice, pasta, bread, potatoes, watermelon, oranges and so much more.

SOFEA is not just moving food. It’s building futures. What Happens Before the Larder 🍎🚛

Most people see the larder shelves, but not what happens before that. Every week at SOFEA, surplus food is sorted, packed, and redistributed into communities across Oxfordshire and beyond.

But behind the food is something even bigger. Volunteers building confidence, young people gaining skills and experience, communities connecting, and good food being saved from landfill.

This is more than food. This is community, opportunity, education, employability, and impact. 💚
