We have to give our gratitude to every single one of our attendees; you are all priceless to us. We are a community and a family of all walks of life. From our amazing Councillors, to our amazing key workers(doctors, nurses, carers, drivers Pearces Coaches, nannies, moms and dads etc) the Children, our Volunteers, our Safeguarding officers…omg! We cannot thank you all enough! You all made this trip a success. We appreciate you all for allowing us to put a smile on your faces.

Know Your Rights: Education Law & SEND Support

Navigating the SEND system can be complex and families are frequently left without the support their children are legally entitled to.

Global Child and Maternal Health is hosting a short, practical online drop-in session in collaboration with barrister Acland Bryant, focused on SEND education law and children’s legal rights.

What we’ll cover:
• Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)
• The legal duties of schools and local authorities
• What steps to take when support is not in place
• Live Q&A, submit your own questions in advance or during the session
