Sundial is delighted to announce the appointment of Inderpal Kaur Singh as Interim Chair of Trustees!
Inderpal Kaur Singh is an influential, values-led leader with over 30 yearsโ€™ experience across equality, justice, safeguarding, community engagement, and human rights. She has worked extensively within the Crown Prosecution Service, Local Government, and the voluntary sector, leading initiatives that address Violence Against Women and Girls, FGM, honour-based abuse, domestic abuse, hate crime, and wider hidden harms.
Throughout her career, Inderpal has built trusted partnerships across statutory, voluntary, faith, and community sectors, influencing policy, strengthening accountability, and championing survivor-centred and culturally informed approaches to safeguarding and prevention. She is recognised for her ability to bring communities and organisations together to deliver meaningful, sustainable change.
Inderpal previously served as Faith & Community Engagement Officer at the British Sikh Consultative Forum (BSCF), where she supported strategic development, stakeholder engagement, and community-led initiatives. She has also provided inclusive leadership by collaborating in high-profile networks and forums and supporting organisational development and governance.
