Are you 11-18yrs old? Do you want to get fit, grow strong, learn to defend yourself? Do you love kung fu, ancient Chinese culture and Eastern Spirituality? Would you like to be part of a community of like-minded people, who can support each other to train and grow?
Ancient wisdom for modern challenges faced by young people (11-18yrs) today. Nature and balance, intense physical training (kung fu, tai chi and qi gong) harmonised with softening of mind and increased flexibility of body and thinking. All within a close community of young warriors under the mentorship of a lineage holder of the real Wu-Tang (Wudang) Clan from the mountains of China.
Clan Kung Fu is a club focused on secondary-school age young people, training martial arts alongside mentorship inspired by Daoist wisdom and a nurturing, inclusive community.
We start training at the Cowley Road Methodist Church, Jeune St, OX4 1BN, on September 10th.
Every Wednesday 5:30-6:30pm. £5 per class, no memberships.
