We are delighted to share that we have been chosen for the Community Matters scheme at Waitrose & Partners in Brackley. If you are visiting the store, you can pick up a green token at the tills or welcome desk and place it in the charity box with Connection Support’s name. If you are visiting with family, you can also collect more than one token and vote together. This does not require a purchase.

Every token that you place into the Connection Support box will directly support our work at The Beacon in Banbury, a welcoming, safe, and non‑judgmental space for people experiencing homelessness, rough sleeping, or social isolation. The Beacon provides hot meals, drinks, essential items, regular social connection, and access to services that help people address housing issues and other challenges.

A huge thank you to the four incredible individuals - Ben, Chris, Luke and Zak - who took on the London Marathon on Sunday 👏

Together, they raised an amazing £11.2K for Connection Support! These funds will go straight back into the local community, helping us support people who are facing homelessness, housing issues, and mental health challenges.

Every token placed in our box will support our supported accommodation project for people aged 16–55 who are rebuilding their lives. Funds from the scheme will help us deliver activities that teach residents how to cook healthy, affordable meals and create a sense of community as people cook and eat together, instilling confidence and building life skills.

We are grateful to Waitrose Aylesbury for selecting us for this scheme and would be grateful to have your support in this initiative! 💚
