We've been consulting with Oxfordshire County Council about accessibility around central Oxford. Following these discussions, we've been told that tactile dropped kerbs will be put in place in Beaumont Street and the rather dangerous grid there will be replaced. There are also plans to improve the crossing on Magdalen Street (near to The Store).

Unlimited Oxfordshire have contacted Oxfordshire County Council (OCC) to share your concerns about the online process for Disabled people to apply for congestion charge permits. OCC say they are working to make the service easier and are able to offer phone support.

If you need help with your application, you can contact the OCC customer service team on 01865 519800 (Option 5).
