Supporting Christian leaders where they're needed most. Their vision is bold, but their training and experience often limited.

Across Europe, Russia and Central Asia millions of people have not yet been given a credible opportunity to find and follow Jesus. But a generation of passionate new leaders is on the rise, committed to reaching their communities with the gospel. That’s why many leaders in places like these feel isolated, under-equipped and overwhelmed. And that’s where Innovista comes in. From Oxford to Omsk, we are identifying, equipping and developing leaders to change their communities with the hope of Jesus.

Sabina’s heart is for children and young people.
In a village in Moldova, she’s sharing God’s love and showing up for children week after week.

That kind of leadership changes lives – but it needs support.

This Easter, you can help leaders like Sabina to share God’s love with the next generation.

Stand by Sabina as she serves the next generation 💛 https://innovista.org/impact/story/train-christian-leaders-this-easter/

Our team retreat this week had a pretty special setting… on a boat! ⛵️

A big thank you to Christian Youth Enterprises (CYE) for their warm hospitality and beautiful setting. It was a valuable time for our team to reflect, plan, and enjoy time together (with some indoor curling too!).

In return, we were glad to serve their team by delivering a day of leadership training for their managers – a great swap that helped both our ministries.

We’re heading into Spring refreshed and inspired.

For four years Ukraine has been subject to a brutal invasion.
For four years you have prayed and given.

This Christmas season in Ukraine, many churches are full.

Full of grief.
Full of exhaustion.
Full of people who are searching for hope.

Church leaders are courageous, but they are running on empty. After years of war, many feel they have 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗹𝗲𝗳𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲.

And yet, they continue to welcome people, provide comfort, and point them toward hope in the midst of hardship.

This Christmas, 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗼𝗽𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘀 across Ukraine and strengthen leaders as they serve their communities.

Give today and your gift will be DOUBLED.

We give thanks for peaceful elections in Moldova this weekend, where President Maia Sandu has been declared the winner despite reports of interference and threats.

Please join us in prayer:
- For President Sandu and her government, that they would lead with courage and integrity.
- For Christian leaders across Moldova, including Maricela and the Innovista team, who are faithfully building society in the face of poverty and corruption.
