The Last Sunday run before Christmas. So let's get out the Tinsel and Santa Hats and run around Bampton to remind everyone we are still here and running. I'll put a map out a bit later.

9am Market Place ,coffee after at FDL

If you are thinking about your new year's resolution to start doing a bit or running come and join us with for the run 5k or 10k or come meet us at FDL around 10 and see if we are the type of people you want to run with

If you haven't joined us for a Sunday run as yet and still not sure, either meet up with us for a 5K this weekend or come and meet us at a Fleur De Lys for a coffee and see if there are people you know, or people who are at your pace , you will be surprised at the range of runners that come out for a social run on a Sunday.
9am Market place for 5 or 10K Run
10am approx. for a coffee (Sorry you will have to buy your own coffee as we spent all our money on new trainers 🙂 )

Hi All , Routes are up for this week, and this week lets see if 6K people can beat the 10K people. Same route just with 2 out and backs to make it a close thing. 9am Market Place Sunday 11th . There is a 3K route as well which uses the core route as well.
