Panto season is officially here! Last week, we had the pleasure of attending The Tingewick Society's annual Christmas pantomime at the JR – an annual tradition brought to life by Oxford's brilliant medical students.
This year's show, titled "Beauty and the Yeast Infection" (yes, you read that right), had us in stitches with a wonderful mix of medical humour and slapstick comedy. From clever jokes to outrageous costumes, these talented future doctors never fail to bring down the house!
We're incredibly honoured to be one of their chosen charities again this year, alongside local charity Restore. And it was great to be able to share with them after the show just how their amazing fundraising efforts make such a big impact on the work that we do in our hospitals.
We will never know how they manage to juggle their medical studies and produce a three-hour panto, but we’re so grateful to them for their continued support towards our charity.
