We kicked off our Emkaan Fellowship for Afghan women today, with an expert lecture on ‘Leading with Integrity and Resilience’ by Dr Doyin Atewologun.
Dr Doyin Atewologun is a psychologist, scholar practitioner and multi-award winner in recognition of her innovative methodologies and pioneering work in promoting inclusion and excellence in organisations. She is CEO and Founder of Delta, a niche leadership and inclusion consultancy and also Advisor, Scholar Leadership Development and Programming, at the Rhodes Trust and former Dean of the Rhodes Scholarships, at the University of Oxford.
