Mark has been at the heart of Northamptonshire Carers since 1995, leading with vision, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to unpaid carers. From pioneering one of the first services of its kind in the county to building the thriving organisation we are today—supporting over 24,000 carers—his impact has been truly extraordinary.

This honour is a testament to Mark’s dedication and the difference he has made to thousands of lives across Northamptonshire and beyond. We are deeply grateful for his leadership and incredibly proud to celebrate this well-deserved recognition

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for our recent community event hosted by Volunteer Action, featuring a fascinating talk from Nick Penny.

We were delighted to welcome 35 attendees from across the community for an engaging and informative session. Guests enjoyed the opportunity to learn, and connect in a friendly and welcoming environment.

Thanks to our supporters and volunteers, refreshments were provided throughout the event completely free of charge, helping to make the afternoon enjoyable for everyone.

We're always looking to bring more people together through events like this, so if you haven't joined us before, we'd love to see you at a future session. Keep an eye on our page for upcoming events and help us spread the word by inviting friends, family, and neighbours to come along.

Thank you to Easton on the Hill Gala day for having VA at your village fete….complete with its own Winter Olympics !!
