As you might know Josh Help (from Explorers and Young Leader in Beavers) has been selected to take part in West Yorkshire Scouts Expedition to Canada in 2027. To help Josh raise some funds towards the trip we are having a bake sale after the Toy and Gift Church service on 14th December. Please come along and buy some cakes and if you are able to donate some baked goods, please get in touch.

Otley Explorers Great Tower 2025

This weekend Otley Bridge Explorers and 3rd Ben Rhydding Explorers went to Great Tower scout camp in the lake district. We were really lucky with the weather and walked up Coniston Old Man on Saturday in the sunshine! We also went Ghyll Scrambling, canoeing, climbing, crate stacking and climbed the gauntlet!

First Duke of Edinburgh award expedition of the year in Silverdale, just south of the lake district. A brilliant team worked well together all weekend. Visiting the fairy steps and Leighton Moss RSPB reserve.

We had a great time at our first Scoutopoly yesterday. Two teams raced around West Yorkshire on trains and buses collecting locations and completing tasks.
