We’ve recently updated our Vacant Commercial Premises List for Otley town centre, highlighting retail and office spaces currently available to let or for sale to individuals or businesses looking to relocate, expand or open something new in the town.

Alongside this, we’ve also published a new report outlining long-standing vacant or derelict premises, helping to raise awareness of spaces that could benefit from investment, redevelopment, new ownership or just completing and re-opening. This helps to highlight the ongoing work by Otley BID and Town Council to encourage these properties back into active use and keep our town centre thriving, along with Katie White MP's recent successful Take Back Fulton's Campaign.

If you know anyone in your network who may be looking to relocate, start a new venture, or invest in commercial property, we would really appreciate you passing this information on.
