Children and Young People Counselling - Oswestry

We currently have a small amount of availability with our CYP counsellors in Oswestry.

Saturday mornings – ideal for young people who need appointments outside school hours.

Thursday afternoons – appointments available during school hours.

Our counsellors provide a safe, supportive and confidential space for children and young people to talk through whatever they may be experiencing.

If you’re a parent/carer, school, college or professional supporting a young person who may benefit from counselling, please get in touch to find out more or make a referral.

We sometimes get asked what the difference is between counselling and therapy. In the UK these words are interchangeable and can mean the same thing. There are multiple modalities of counselling/therapy, some short term interventions and others are for longer. Either way, our counsellors are focused on supporting you through your emotions, your reflections, and your journey. 💕
