Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated and creative apprentice to join our busy design and production team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about design and production to gain hands-on experience in the print and embroidery industry.
Responsibilities:
Assist in creating and developing design concepts for various print and embroidery projects.
Operate and maintain printing and embroidery equipment.
Prepare materials and products for production, ensuring quality and accuracy.
Collaborate with the design team to meet client specifications and deadlines.
Support the production team in day-to-day tasks and special projects.
Learn and adhere to health and safety guidelines in the workplace.
Requirements:
Strong interest in design and production.
Basic knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus.
Attention to detail and a keen eye for design.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
No prior experience required, but a portfolio of any previous design work would be beneficial.
