Step into the spotlight as Shrewsbury’s Get Your Wigle On present the smash-hit musical – Everybody’s Talking About Jamie!

Inspired by a true story, this award-winning musical celebrates love, individuality, and the power of self-expression. Meet Jamie New, a 16-year-old with big dreams of becoming a drag queen, who’s determined to overcome prejudice, doubt, and small-town expectations to step into the spotlight and be his authentic self.

With an original score of catchy pop anthems by The Feeling’s Dan Gillespie Sells and a heartfelt, hilarious book and lyrics by Tom MacRae, Everybody’s Talking About Jamie is a joyous, feel-good musical that has wowed audiences around the world.

Full of sass, sparkle, and fabulousness, this uplifting story will have you laughing, crying, and cheering for Jamie and his friends as they discover what it means to be truly yourself. Don’t miss the Shrewsbury premiere of this modern-day musical sensation – featuring a cast of incredible local talent, it’s bold, brash, and utterly unmissable!"
