All adults welcome to this first, relaxed walk and talk, Friday 12th June. An opportunity to chat with others, and get a bit of gentle exercise and some fresh air.

We can't guarantee the weather, but hope for a nice day. This walk will be no hike, just a gentle stroll around Ormskirk Park followed by a refreshment stop.

We are delighted to have the wonderful Everton legends come back to our dementia cafè tomorrow at the earlier time of 10.30.
