The Dementia Café at Rufford Old Hall welcomes people living with dementia, along with their families, carers and friends, for a relaxed morning of conversation and companionship.

There is no admission fee or parking charge, and refreshments are available to purchase.

Well our gamble paid off and the sun shone! We had a fantastic afternoon at our very first Walk and Talk today 😊 with a great sized group, we enjoyed fresh air, sunshine, lovely company and some tasty treats from O'Briens!

So this Friday we have our first 'Walk & Talk', meeting at CLM Church at 1pm, we are having a natter and a gentle walk around Ormskirk Park, all adults welcome to join us.

We will of course grab a cuppa during the afternoon too!
