Promoting teaching experience in partnership with our talented parents
We recently had been exploring Chinese New Year which progressed to the children exploring sports of varies backgrounds so Jessica's Dad Andrew kindly offered to come in and share his wealth of knowledge and experience of Taekwondo and Karate.
Andrew firstly showed the children his sparring mitts, boxing gloves and belts and what they were for and how they were used, he then went on to show the children some Taekwondo patterns from white belt level with how to do some directional punching moves , which the children were fully engaged and focused on learning how to follow and put into sequence .
Lastly the children got to try on Andrew's Taekwondo Medal which he won last year at his Taekwondo World Championship in Glasgow , which includes lots of competitors from around the world, which they were amazed by.
Congratulations again Andrew on your win and Thank you kindly for providing such a positive experience for our children.
