We did something a little different at the singing group yesterday. Tom Sweeney joined us for a fantastic singalong.

Listen to our group sing, they are just an inspiration❤️

Thank you to everyone who came out today to join us at our Ageing Without Limits event in Irvinestown. What a morning!

We spent a very creative morning with Briege, we discussed lots of aspects of ageing, including ageism, challenges, positive stories and also the fact that we all have different views. Then we tried our hand at a little bit of poetry to capture the conversations. 😊

The talent in the room was amazing, well done to everyone for taking part and being brave enough to share their poems.

It never ceases to amaze me what our local older people can do!

We will do this again and by the end of it we will have a lovely video showcasing some of the work and the stories we heard today.

Thank you to the team at the Arc HealthyLiving Centre, to Briege Mc Elhatton and to Bob Lyons for making the day go so smoothly.

👏👏👏👏
