Plumbridge Cycling Club

Plumbridge Cycling Club Club Membership Plumbridge Cycling Club is now taking on members for 2012.

We will be running cycles every Sunday from 29th January onwards leaving Plumbridge every Sunday morning. Throughout the year we will have several charity cycles including our very successful Plum to Galway run. The club will cater for all levels of experience and encourage all ages from 18 upwards to join. Looking forward to seeing you all on Sunday morn for the Glenelly rocking by the river Annual cycle. There is a 25 and 50 mile cycle and a 10 mile cycle for the children Signing on at the Dome (pitch) from 9am and rolling out at 10 am .Hope the weather holds out.

Your swim efficiency is calculated by your total time plus strokes normalized to 25 meters (fixed distance). This allows you to compare your swim efficiency to another pool or open water workout.

I hope you all got your bike dusted down and the wheels oiled :) - remember its a 10,25 and a 50 mile cycle.sign on at 9am and rolling out at 10am this is not a race and is open to all abilities.So get on your bike and come along and enjoy the craic.
