We bloody did it! We made it to the end of the school year!
What an achievement. We worked hard, supported our children through every challenge, and learned to regulate not only them, but ourselves too. We advocated tirelessly for our young people, drawing on every strategy, resource, and ounce of resilience we had to make each day a little smoother.

There were difficult days. There were good days. And there were some truly fantastic days. Through it all, we kept showing up. We adapted, we persevered, and we celebrated every step of progress, no matter how small.

Today is a reminder of just how far we've all come. Every early morning, every tough conversation, every breakthrough, every moment of patience and every victory has brought us here.

Be proud of yourselves. Rest, recharge, and take time to celebrate this incredible achievement. You have made a real difference in the lives of the young people you support.

Here's to a well-deserved summer—you've earned it!
