An exciting and innovative vertical farming experiment at the UHI Orkney Polycrub🌱Nine vertical farming towers are being used to grow a range of fruit, vegetables and herbs.

Everything from chilis to cucumbers is being grown at UHI Orkney, as part of an innovative experiment in vertical farming.
