So excited to have Pippa ( ) join us as guest speaker for our first expectant mum coffee morning, a Doula and Nutritional Practitioner specialising in women’s hormone health and nourishment through every stage of life.
Whilst studying for her nutritional diploma, she fell pregnant with her son, and quickly found herself overwhelmed and confused by the advice given to pregnant women. So much of it focused on restriction and rules, rather than truly nourishing the body.
Through her own pregnancy, breastfeeding, and postpartum journey, she started to see things differently. As women, we don’t need more pressure, we need support, simplicity, and guidance that actually feels achievable in real life.
Now, her work is centred around helping women feel confident in how they nourish themselves and their babies, without relying on expensive supplements or unrealistic routines. She believes in gentle, practical nutrition that supports your body, your hormones, and your energy… so you can feel grounded, supported, and nourished during one of the most magical transitions of your life.
Postpartum is often overlooked when preparing for birth and motherhood, yet it’s one of the most important seasons for healing, rest, and nourishment. It’s a time to gently recover, reflect, and grow into this new version of yourself.
Pippa will be sharing practical, supportive guidance on postpartum care and nutrition to help you feel more nourished, balanced, and supported during this time. 💛
