Wfcdp We are a Community Development Project in Oldham commited to helping people in the area. We are an voluntary sector organisation set up in 1991.

Through our work in Werneth our aims are is to build positive relationships across the Werneth and Freehold area. Over the past 20 years we have helped to build a sustainable community service to the local community. We hold Benefit Advice Surgeries each morning, although appointments are needed to fill in the complex DLA / AA forms. Our Work Club is every Tuesday morning, giving access to compute

rs and qualified workers for job search and c.v’s. We work with young people from aged 6 – 19 in our various youth clubs of both mixed and separate for boys and girls. We own and manage Panda Pre-School in Christ Church Centre on Block Lane for children from 2 years old until they start school. Our classes for both men and women run throughout the year using qualified tutors. We also have short courses and taster sessions.
