💚 Thank You! 💚

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for Tuesday’s Reach Out Coffee, Cake & Book Swap.

What a wonderful afternoon it was, filled with friendship, laughter and great conversation. It was lovely to see so many people enjoying the delicious sandwiches, savouries and desserts, browsing the book swap, listening to the fantastic live music from The PickMe Ups… and before long, some of you were even up dancing! 💃🎶

The best part of the afternoon was hearing your lovely feedback. One lady told us that “you’ve made my day,” and comments like that remind us exactly why these afternoons are so special. Bringing people together, creating new friendships and helping people feel connected is what Reach Out is all about. 💚

A heartfelt thank you to The PickMe Ups for providing such wonderful entertainment, and to our amazing volunteers, whose hard work behind the scenes helps make these afternoons possible. We couldn’t do it without you.

Just a reminder that there won’t be a Coffee, Cake & Book Swap in August while we take a little summer break, but we’ll be back in September with more delicious refreshments, more books, more friendly faces and, of course, more live music! 🎶

Until then, have a wonderful summer, and we look forward to seeing you all again in September. 💚☕📚

UPDATE: Apologies we made a mistake with the date of our next meeting 🤦🏼‍♀️ it’s the 14th July, not the 7th! Hope to see you then 😊 ☕️ 🍰

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us at last month’s Coffee & Cake Book Swap! It was wonderful to see so many familiar and new faces enjoying good company, delicious refreshments and of course, plenty of books, plus the free raffle! 💚

Just a reminder that there will be no Coffee & Cake this month due to one of our team being on holiday, however we will be back on Tuesday, 7th July with Live Music and some summer treats! So be sure to save the date.

Thank you again for your continued support.

We look forward to welcoming everyone back next month.
