The weather may have had other plans for us at Goals this week, but it didn't stop the fun! ๐ŸŒฆ๏ธ

With the morning rain keeping us indoors, participants took part in a variety of team-building challenges, including the Half Pipe Challenge, Ping Pong Ball Cup Challenge, and a Balloon Keep-Up Challenge ๐ŸŽˆ๐Ÿ“. Everyone showed fantastic teamwork, communication, and determination as they worked together to complete the tricky tasks! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ™Œ

At lunchtime, we paused the action to celebrate Robert's birthday! ๐ŸŽ‚๐ŸŽ‰ Robert was surprised with a football-themed birthday cake, cupcakes, and a card, and everyone gathered to sing Happy Birthday and celebrate his special day. ๐Ÿฅณ๐ŸŽโšฝ

Thankfully, the weather cleared up in the afternoon, and we got back outside for an exciting football match! โšฝ๐ŸŒค๏ธ Our referee, Liam, took his role very seriously, booking Antonio twice before showing him the red card and sending him off the pitch! ๐ŸŸจ๐ŸŸจ๐ŸŸฅ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿคฃ

The lanes were glowing, the competition was friendly, and everyone had a fantastic time showing off their bowling skills. We saw some impressive scores throughout the game, with Darren leading the way with an excellent score of 116, closely followed by Martin with 96. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ†

It was wonderful to see everyone encouraging each other, celebrating strikes and spares, and most importantly having fun together. The session also demonstrated how accessible and inclusive bowling can be, with everyone taking part and enjoying the activity at their own pace.

A huge well done to everyone who joined in. We are already looking forward to next week's game! ๐ŸŽณ๐Ÿ˜Š

๐ŸŽƒโ˜•๐ŸŽณ A Spooktacular Day Out at Merry Hill! ๐ŸŽณโ˜•

Ellen and Bradley had a fantastic day exploring Merry Hill yesterday! Their adventure started with a coffee morning before they headed around the shops, where they especially enjoyed visiting the Halloween shop. The spooky displays, giant spiders, skeletons, dragons and Halloween props made for lots of fun photo opportunities, with both Ellen and Bradley getting right into the Halloween spirit! ๐ŸŽƒ๐Ÿ‘ป๐Ÿ•ท๏ธ

After dinner, the pair finished the day with a game of bowling. Both participants played brilliantly, but Ellen took the overall victory, scoring 80 points and winning a closely fought game! ๐Ÿ†๐ŸŽณ Bradley gave a great performance too and had lots of fun throughout the day. Both participants thanked staff for a lovely day out and returned home with plenty of happy memories. ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ’™
