Sections of the and will be closed whilst highway works are carried out.

This is anticipated to take up to 2 weeks.

📍 Location of works:
B6254 Oxenholme, from a point approximately 170 metres south-east of its junction with Hayclose Lane, extending in a south-easterly direction for approximately 200 metres.

U5631 Oxenholme, from its junction with the B6254, extending in a southerly direction for approximately 100 metres.

⚠️ Alternative Route:
B6254 – Via the unrestricted sections of the B6254, Hophouse Lane, A65, Burton Road and Oxenholme Road.

U5631 – Via the unrestricted section of the U5631, Burton Road (A65) and Helm Lane (U5630).

🚲 A way for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists will not be maintained at all times.

🚨 Emergency Services:
Access for emergency vehicles will not be maintained for the duration of this restriction.
