In a nutshell:

😴 Download the Sleep Cycle Premium app after you get confirmation from Davey - I’ve got a code so you can try it free for 60 days:

📱 Once activated, take a screenshot of your sleep results every morning for 30 days.

💤 You’ll then be given a sleep device to use for the next 30 days and continue sending daily screenshots.

The hope is that you’ll sleep better, it costs nothing to take part, and you get to keep the sleep device at the end!

Today was going to be my first rest day in about 8 weeks.

Instead I’ve spent the day supporting SEN families with tribunal-related questions, wrestling with grant applications, sending information to frazzled families trying to work out whether Solace might help them, and showing some lovely people around who may come and stay for a week.

I’ve also ticked off some long-overdue admin, looked after goats, chickens, pigeons, children, a dog and a cat, given a lift to a friend, delivered supplies to two lovely families, and somehow kept all the plates spinning.

Now I’m spending my evening at the laundrette because the washing machine is still out of action.

Oh, and apparently two chickens are missing.

So much for a rest day… 🤦‍♀️🐔

Some Rocky music, reminding us to fight through, I don’t think any of our backs will be thanking us for yesterday’s hard labour but we collected sleepers, made a retaining wall, painted the wall and the back of the house, collected the whacker plate and then moved 28 move paving slabs. Looking forward to showing you the finished product!
