Glencruitten Cathedral of Trees The Cathedral of Trees is situated in the Glencruitten Woodlands about 2 miles outside Oban. It wa It was planted in 1921 and it's open to the public.

The Cathedral of Trees is the only living tree church in Scotland. We hope you'll follow the restoration project and come and visit us too. We're just outside Oban and you can find us from the Glencruitten House carpark - it's just a five minute walk from there.

The Cathedral of Trees AGM will take place on Tuesday 4 June 2024 at 7pm via Google meet video link and is open to Trustees and Members. Anyone interested in knowing more about what is going on and plans for the future is also most welcome to come along. Just watch out for the link.
