We had a wonderful mindfulness and meditation session with Helen this morning at the Oakham centre. She'll be back with her amazing chair yoga session tomorrow from 10.45-11.45.

They'll also be a social drop-in session from 12-2pm.

Sessions are free but we welcome a £1 donation.

Some of you may recognise our new Honorary President, Judith Gilboy...

Judith, along with a small team of incredible volunteers (our founding trustees) started Pepper's in October 2018. Judith steered the committee as Chair of the Board for a following 6 years. 💪

We are delighted that she is continuing her support for Pepper's - A Safe Place in the role of Honorary President.

Her devotion and passion for supporting the mental health of our local communities has led us to where we are today. ❤
