Tri-Counties: Swim Bike Run

This Weekend it's Swim Sunday!!

As race season has landed for both our Juniors and parents, we want to wish everyone taking part in something this weekend the very best of luck (let us know what it is too!)

For everyone else, we are at Pingles Pool, 9am-10am for juniors aged 8+ and any parents wishing to use our parent swim lane.

If you haven't been before and want to try a session, please drop us a note via messenger. Sessions are open to anyone whether they want to compete or not but we do ask that juniors can swim 50m unaided.

Most of our April and May sessions are now loaded. We also have some exciting news:

From MAY - we are going to trial weekly swims (with the possible exception of event days like Kenilworth Aquathlon and Uppingham which are both on Sundays)

We have some other exciting news coming soon....

If you are a new/non-member and would like to try a session, please drop us a message. We have juniors from a wide range of sports - some use us for swim training to support their other sport, some use us for specific run or bike coaching. Please get in touch if there is anything you'd like to know.

Wherever possible, we have opportunities for parents to train alongside (so a parent swim lane in our swim sessions and the opportunity to run during our track sessions).

There is no training this weekend.

If you want to get a run in, there are still lots of Parkruns (adult & Junior) and if you have a spare hour, you could plan the rest of your year!

We have had athletes at Gala’s this weekend with some fab results 🏊‍♀️🏊

We have a 5k Parkrun PB 💪🏃🏽🏃

And we also have at least three of our parents at Ashby 20 tomorrow.. have a fabulous race all 🏃‍♀️🏃

With all that said.. our last chance to book swimming for tomorrow is 9pm 🤩
