Talent Match is funded by the Big Lottery working around Coventry and Warwickshire, The aim of our project is to work with 18-24 years old that haven't had any sustainable employment for a year or more, Each young person will be assigned a personal mentor to help support them with their journey and even if the young person gains employment we can still support the client, Talent Match can help you

ng people gain qualifications or work experience getting them closer to the work place and eventually into employment. THIS PROJECT IS FREE and can help fund Travel Cost, Child Care payments, Counselling support, CSCS cards, Security Badges and much more. As well as working towards getting young people into employments we also fund Residential's, Steering Groups and Incentives.
