Infections are an often-overlooked cause of some cancers.

Recent research by the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) and the World Health Organisation highlights the importance of infection prevention in reducing the global cancer burden.

The main takeaway is that prevention matters - vaccination, screening, early detection, and access to treatment are all key.

🇰🇷Day one at the in Seoul, proudly representing ROS1ders UK.

We already learned so much and are mapping out how it connects back to our mission of supporting the ROS1+ community in the UK. Also loved connecting with fellow advocates, researchers, and clinicians along the way; such valuable conversations.
