Join us for a relaxed morning of coffee, conversation, and community. Whether you’re looking to meet new people, reconnect with others, or simply enjoy a friendly atmosphere, everyone is welcome. Enjoy affordable refreshments in our café, explore our community library, play a board game, spend time in our beautiful garden, or simply sit and chat with others.

No booking is required. Just drop in, grab a drink, and join the conversation.

The next Health Talk takes place tomorrow (Wednesday 17th June) and will be focused on Sickle Cell Disease.

Sickle Cell Disease is an inherited blood disorder that affects thousands of people across the UK, yet awareness of the condition remains relatively low. This session will explore what Sickle Cell Disease is, how it affects daily life and health, and where people can access support.

Everyone is welcome, but we would particularly encourage those living with Sickle Cell Disease, people with affected family members, individuals who carry the sickle cell trait, and members of communities where the condition is more common to attend.

There will also be the opportunity to speak privately with a clinician or medical students, and to have your blood pressure, height, and weight checked if you wish.
