Hi! Looking for some willing volunteers in the Rylands who may be able to distribute some BRCA leaflets on their street for us.

Our leaflet is all about BRCA and what is happening at the centres, and the renaming of Leyton Crescent Centre to The Bill Wheatley Centre, and the fun day event!

Coming soon... A great community event at the Leyton Crescent Centre.

Keepmoat home and Dulux have sponsored a refurbishment of the centre, and we have added some extra touches too!

This is also the perfect time for renaming the centre to become Bill Wheatley Centre, which was planned to happen just before COVID occurred.

Now we are in brighter days and it is time to welcome Bill's Family and the community to celebrate.

We have Local Legend Jeanie Barton performing for your entertainment. Stalls, food, drink, axe throwing, bouncy castle, penalty shootout, raffle, tombola and the rainbow game.

Some activities have a small charge which will contribute to the running of the community centre.

We have some stall slots still available for either community interest, or commercial stalls. Please email [email protected] with all enquiries.

Come to the Plessey centre and meet new people. Learn how to play Mahjong with our two experienced players Sindy and Erica. It is a fun game to learn.

Think 'Rummy' with tiles and you have an idea of what it is like to play!
