is part of the National Federation of Womens Institute and also the Nottinghamshire Ferderation of Womens Institutes. We have approx 40 members and meetings are held on the 3rd Tuesday of every month except August in Trowell Parish Hall on Stapleford Road, Trowell. We also arrange visits, outings etc for members. A monthly newsletter about our activities is produced. The main part of the meetings
consist of either a talk or demonstaration sometimes "hands on" along with some W.I.. business with also time for a chat with other members over a cup of tea or coffee and cakes. Why not come along as a visitor to one of our meetings, we are a very friendly group and you will be made very welcome.
