Gedling Gala

Gedling Gala A friendly family annual non-profit event, to unite the community of Gedling for local charities.

The Gala has been held every summer in Willow Park since 1977, where it’s a fun entertaining family day out, that raises money for local charities. It attracts on average 2,500 visitors every year, and the numbers keep growing as the event gets more exciting. Many of the local charities take the opportunity to attend the event, and raise money for their great causes. You can expect to find a selec

tion of stalls (crafts, cakes, charities), children’s rides, inflatable slides/castles, face painting, a variety of local talent, music performances, and a raffle filled with fantastic prizes. The Gala is a not for profit event run by volunteers, which is always looking for new people to help in whatever capacity possible – any help will be greatly appreciated.
