Victoria and I completed training with Women’s Aid last week to deliver a new face-to-face programme for women called Steps to Freedom with Womens Aid Nottingham.
It’s a 10-week course supported by a beautifully designed journal that participants use throughout, taking it home and bringing it back each week as they reflect, learn, and build on their progress. The programme focuses on self-care, creating space for reflection, journaling, mindfulness, and includes a wide range of therapeutic activities, including arts and creative work.
We are exctited to start this course at the end of May this year and are looking for participants now so please get in touch if you'd like to get involved!
