One of the things we love most about our art sessions is seeing how people use creativity to express what’s important to them.

These paintings explore themes of peace, belonging, and the world we live in. They sparked some really meaningful conversations during the session and reminded us that art can be a great way to share our thoughts, experiences, and hopes for the future.

Our workshops are open to anyone who would like a creative space to relax, connect with others, and express themselves.

It’s mental health awareness week and we’re sharing creative expressions from our community 💚🎨

In this video, our operations director, Angela, talks about a painting she made during our art sessions and what it means to her. The second part of this video we got talented musician _music to share how the painting made her feel.

💡Mental health tip:
1. Try using art as a way to check in with your emotions
2. Don’t judge what you create
3. Focus on how it makes you feel, not the outcome
4. Even 10 minutes of creativity can help reduce stress

Mental health reminder: don’t underestimate the importance of community 🤍

Having people around you who listen, support, and genuinely care can make difficult times feel a little lighter.

We’re not meant to go through everything alone 🌱
