❄️🌟 WINTER CAMP AT BOTTESFORD VILLAGE HALL 🌟❄️

We are delighted to be hosting the Super Star Sport Winter Camp this December and January. It is a fantastic way for children to stay active, have fun and enjoy festive activities during the holidays.

The camp offers a brilliant mix of sports, games and Christmas themed activities including crafts, wacky races, team challenges, snowman shootouts and much more. It is suitable for children who love to be busy, creative and energetic.

Treasurer for Bottesford VC Hall
(Volunteer Role)

We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Treasurer to join our Management Committee and help oversee the financial health of our charity.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
• Maintain accurate financial records and provide monthly reports to the Management Committee.
• Ensure all bank transactions, payroll and invoices are up to date and reconciled.
• Manage income and expenditure projections and alert the Committee to any financial risks.
• Oversee annual audits and submit accounts to the Charity Commission.
• Ensure the charity remains financially sustainable and compliant with all regulations.
• Handle regular financial tasks, including invoicing, payments, payroll submissions and renewals of licences, subscriptions and insurance.
• Liaise with suppliers, auditors and the Hall Manager on day-to-day and periodic financial matters.

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂
• Strong organisational and numerical skills.
• Experience with bookkeeping, accounting or financial management (preferred but not essential).
• Comfortable using online banking and basic financial software.
• Able to commit a few hours per week, with additional time during audit and reporting periods.

This is a rewarding voluntary role for someone who enjoys working with numbers and contributing to the smooth running of a valued community facility.
