Why not take a moment to pause and be still today. Sometimes worries seem to mount up and our peace seems to disappear. At Hope we like to remind ourselves in our regular rhythm of prayer that we can find God’s peace in any situation that we may face. We remember that God’s love is bigger than any problem or situation. Why not join us in remembering to breathe and be still as we remember that the God who made the world loves us deeply and cares about us. Breathe in his loving peace and kindness as you take a minute today💙💙

It's International Dog Day! 🐕🐩🐾

Pet food is an additional item that many of our foodbanks provide to families needing emergency food parcels due to financial hardship. When times are tough, affording the basics can be a real challenge, which is why we try to help in whatever way we can.

Every day, our foodbanks help individuals and families facing impossible choices between heating their homes, paying bills, and putting food on the table.

While donations of food are always appreciated, financial donations can go even further, allowing us to purchase exactly what is needed, when it is needed, as well as enabling us to run our community activities and meet our running costs.

Even a small contribution can make a big difference to people in our local communities. 💚

Be blessed today with one of our much loved verses from Romans 15 verse 13 🥰 🥰 We love sharing the reasons for the hope we have been given and we do this in lots of ways at our different food banks, through a smile, a listening ear or through one of our food parcels. Our prayers for hope are for all who need it today🙏

Whether it’s helping people access financial advice, connecting them with local services, or simply offering a warm welcome and listening ear, volunteers at our foodbanks provide so much more than just emergency food parcels.

📣 CARLTON COMMUNITY HUB IS BACK OPEN! 🎉🙌

Emergency repairs to our building have been completed and the hub is back open as usual from today.

HUGE thanks to our friends at St Paul's and St Cyprian's churches for hosting sessions whilst our building was out of action 💛.

Thanks also to our volunteer teams for being so adaptable and continuing to run sessions despite the challenges!👏
