New Mindfulness and Meditation Group - Monday evenings 7.30-8.30pm starting 27th April 2026 at Wollaton Park Community Centre, NG8 1FG. Learn to meditate and integrate mindfulness into your daily life. Dress casual as some gentle movement will also be included. £8 per week pay as you go - just turn up - all welcome.

If anyone has any clean 3 inch plant pots or seed trays we would be very happy for you to drop them off at the centre please. They can be bagged and left at the front door xx
