Crystal College

Crystal College A community that strives to fill the world with peace, love and harmony. We keep chasing the perfect life and often forget to live.

We are a non-profit organization that aims to celebrate a lifestyle of positive thinking by working on a number of issues that affect us either directly or indirectly in our daily life. We believe that the our untapped potential can be harnessed by mastering the right manner of thinking. Our struggles shape our lives and letting go of negative notions and ideas is essential to personal growth. No

matter how long we have travelled down the wrong road, we can always turn around and find our way all over again. Rekindling our love for philosophy, literature, photography and writing is also an objective that we feel very strongly about. We aim to start working within our local community directly and grow to become a widespread worldwide organization; one small step in a life-long mission. Lao Tzu said , “The journey of a thousand miles ,begins with a single step.”

Depression, particularly in combination with anxiety, is a leading combination of disability worldwide, while prescription of antidepressant medication of dubious long-term efficacy continues to increase year on year.

We desperately need new approaches for treating this condition.

The Beckley/Imperial Research Programme's groundbreaking research in 2016 paved the way for a new era of medication, showing a significant, lasting positive effect of psilocybin, the active ingredient of magic mushrooms.

However, while millions of people struggle with depression, and while other countries start to consider decriminalisation, the UK continues to group psilocybin as a Class A drug, officially considered to have no medical benefit.

This has to change.

This World Mental Health Day, please consider supporting our research into psilocybin as a treatment for depression:
