Aid2Gambia Aid2Gambia is a Nottingham based charity established in February 2014 to improve predominantly Educational and Medical schools and clinics in The Gambia.

Aid2Gambia is a Nottingham based registered charity No 1157962 established in February 2014 to collect predominantly Medical and Educational equipment that is no longer needed in the UK and ship it to The Gambia where we deliver and install the items in Schools, clinics and hospitals that are desperately in need. As a group we have experience in shipping and installing this type of equipment in Th

e Gambia and have seen significant improvements in the schools we have had contact with. We have sought the experience of a member of the Early Childhood Development Association (ECDA) to enhance the work that we do. We have a local Gambian helping us and he is able to guide us to sustainable schools that are so in need and when we are not there keeps an eye on our projects to ensure that all the equipment is looked after and maintained.

Well May came and went very quickly.
We have now raised £18500.

The fence and water is fully funded and we now work on the £93266 to build the multi purpose hall for daily activities.

So far we have raised £2664.

Our 500 club raised £75 in May thanks to 9 amazing donors. Thank you.

A long way off our total of a minimum 500 donating £5 per month needed to finance the project on a daily basis so its never too late to either join either the 500 club or make a donation.

We always welcome those that raise monies via work and other organisations.

We will also take them to events.

Well April came and went very quickly.
We have now raised £17600

The fence work continues and water as you know is flowing.

All monies raised hereon in will be used to build the multipurpose hall ready for daily use.

The builders have sent us some drone shots of the site and work so far.

Funding for the fence and water is achieved. The big push now is for the main hall.

Our original target was £110000 we are now just under £93000.

So much more to do.
