Small actions can make a big difference for people living with dementia in Nottingham.

Mental health and money are closely connected.

Worrying about rising food prices, bills, rent or debt can affect sleep, confidence and overall wellbeing. For many people, financial stress can feel isolating and overwhelming.

This Mental Health Awareness Week, we are sharing local events and support taking place at Nottingham Central Library, helping people connect with advice, community support and wellbeing activities.

You do not have to be in crisis to reach out for support. Small conversations and practical help can make a real difference.
