Our services are designed and informed by our specialist knowledge and experience in personalised care, enriched by our history of community involvement. We work directly with indivi

duals and groups locally in Nottinghamshire and across the country who are involved in self-help and community development. We offer:

- Cancer Support Services including the Beyond Diagnosis service and our PCN (Primary Care Network) work.
- Deaf Support Services including our Deaf Cancer Support Service.
- Training, courses and consultancy through our Learning Centre. Collectively, our organisation makes a substantial impact by connecting individuals to support networks, equipping them with skills and knowledge, providing practical assistance, and improving cancer care processes. We’re recruiting: PCN Cancer Care Coordinator

Do you want to make a real difference for people living with cancer in Nottingham?
We’re looking for a Cancer Care Coordinator to join Self Help UK,
• Working in partnership with Clifton & The Meadows Primary Care Network.
• Support people following a cancer diagnosis
• Deliver Cancer Care Reviews & Holistic Needs Assessments
• Work across GP practices, communities and the voluntary sector

Nottingham | Hybrid | 30 hrs | Fixed term until April 2027, with possibility of extension

Operations Manager (Cancer Services) | (£40,500) | Nottingham | Hybrid

Self Help UK is expanding – and we’re looking for an inspiring operational leader to oversee our portfolio of cancer support services in Nottingham/shire and beyond.

In this role, you will:
• Lead and support multidisciplinary teams
• Ensure high-quality, person-centred service delivery
• Work with NHS, Macmillan, ICS, and community partners
• Drive performance, quality, and operational excellence
• Contribute to strategy and future service development
